Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen | New York’s largest emergency food program, serving a hearty and nutritious meal to about 1,000 homeless and hungry New Yorkers every day

Wayside Out-Reach Development (WORD) Senior Centers | Including the Tilden Centers, providing a social setting that enables elderly individuals to maintain their independence and remain at home in the community

Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless | In recognition of the dignity and value of every human life, the mission of IPH is to address the needs of the homeless and low-income community by providing a continuum of services to encourage self-sufficiency, empowerment, and stability.

Hope 7 Community Center | The mission of Hope 7 is to provide life essential and enhancing services in a nurturing and non-preferential manner, to promote self-sufficiency, personal growth, and commitment to serving one’s community.

Equinox | Serving adolescents and adults struggling with chemical dependency; survivors of domestic violence and their children as well as elderly victims of domestic abuse; adolescents and adults, along with their families, who are living with mental illness; and at-risk and homeless young people

St. Paul’s Center | A community that strives to awaken hope and rekindle dignity in families who seek comfort, support and assistance in moving from homelessness to a sustainable future

St. Peter's Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | A 160-bed facility providing both skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation

St. Thomas the Apostle Church | The Youth Ministry CORE Team collects HUGS and creates gift bags to distribute to many of the HUGS partners in the Delmar area as well as the St. Charles Lwanga Center and Mercy House

St. John's/St. Ann's Outreach Center | Providing food, furniture, outreach referrals, holiday and special programs through the generous efforts of our supporters and dedicated volunteers

Midnight Run | A volunteer organization dedicated to finding common ground between the housed and the homeless, through over 1,000 late-night relief missions per year
